Cancellation Deadlines & Refund Policies

General Attendee

Before July 20, 2026 (Early Bird Deadline)

  • Cancellations received on or before July 20, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative processing fee.
  • Registrants may also choose to transfer their registration to another individual at no cost.

 

July 21 – August 15, 2026

  • Cancellations received between July 21 and August 15, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Registration transfers to another individual remain available at no cost.

 

After August 15, 2026

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 15, 2026.
  • Registration transfers will still be accepted through August 25, 2026.

 

Registration Transfers

  • Registrants may transfer their registration to another attendee at any time before August 25, 2026.
  • All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@napsa.org.
  • Any difference in registration category (e.g., member vs. non‑member) must be paid by the new attendee at the time of transfer.

 

No‑Show Policy

  • Individuals who do not attend the conference and do not submit a cancellation request are considered no‑shows.
  • No‑shows are not eligible for refunds or credits toward future NAPSA events.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Exhibitors

Before July 20, 2026

  • Exhibitor cancellations received on or before July 20, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative processing fee.


July 21 – August 1, 2026

  • Cancellations received between July 21 and August 1, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund of the exhibitor fee.


After August 1, 2026

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 1, 2026.


No‑Show Policy

  • Exhibitors who do not attend the conference and do not submit a cancellation request are considered no‑shows.
