Thank you for sharing your expertise at the NAPSA Annual Conference. To help you prepare for a successful presentation, we've compiled the resources and information you'll need before arriving onsite.

Speaker Resources

Presentation Room Setup
Each meeting room is equipped with the following standard audiovisual equipment:
- Projection screen
- Digital projector
- PC laptop with HDMI connection
- Head table
- Standing lectern with wireless microphone
- One wired tabletop microphone
- Wireless presentation slide advancer (clicker)
Mac Users
If you will be presenting from your own Mac laptop, please remember to bring the appropriate adapter for connecting to an HDMI cable. NAPSA is unable to provide adapters onsite..
Internet Access
Please plan your presentation with limited internet connectivity in mind.
Attendee Wi-Fi is intended for general conference use and is not suitable for streaming video, accessing cloud-based applications, or delivering internet-dependent presentations.
If your presentation requires reliable internet access, we strongly recommend bringing your own mobile hotspot.
Presentation Files
Presentation files are not collected in advance.
You may present using:
- Your own laptop, or
- The PC laptop provided in the meeting room.
If you choose to use the room PC, please arrive at your session room 15–20 minutes before your presentation to load and test your presentation.
Presentation Best Practices
To help ensure a smooth presentation experience:
- Save a backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive and in cloud storage.
- Embed fonts, videos, and other media within your presentation whenever possible.
- Test any audio or video files before your session begins.
- Use large, easy-to-read fonts and high-contrast colors for accessibility.
- Limit text on each slide and use visuals to reinforce key points.
- Stay within your allotted presentation time to allow for audience questions and schedule transitions.
