NAPSA 2026 Annual Conference

Getting to the Grand Sierra Resort

The Grand Sierra Resort is approximately a 10-minute ride (2.5 miles) from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.  The hotel has a complimentary shuttle for hotel guests and departs from the airport every 30 minutes between the hours of 4:45 am and 12:15 am.  The pick-up area is from the exit located at the far end of the baggage claim area.  When you check in to the hotel, you will receive an Airport Shuttle Pass for your return trip to the airport (please request during hotel check-in).

Should you choose to take a taxi, a one-way taxi fare is approximately $7-$11 before gratuity.  Ride-sharing services, such Uber and Lyft, are also available.

Checking-in at the Grand Sierra Resort

The Grand Sierra Resort has 3 ways to check-in for your room:

• Go to a Front Desk team member to check-in 
• Use a self-service kiosk located at the hotel’s registration desk
• Use the mobile check-in option by clicking here:  MOBILE CHECK IN
• If you have problems with the Mobile Check-in option please reach out directly to the Resort or check-in via one of the above 2 methods listed above.

Parking at the Grand Sierra Resort

Valet and self-parking is complimentary for NAPSA attendees that made their hotel reservation in advance through the NAPSA reservation link.  

For those with late reservation requests valet parking is currently $42 per day.

Conference registration will open on Sunday, August 30 at 8:00 a.m. and close at 6:30 p.m.  You can pick up your badge and materials in the Grand Salon on the Lobby Level.  Registration Hours for the conference are:

• Monday, August 31:  7:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday, September 1:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday, September 2:  8:00 am – 3:00 pm

NAPSA is sponsoring complimentary headshots on a first-come, first-served basis to registered conference attendees. The headshot will be held in the Executive Boardroom during the following times:

• Monday, August 31 from 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
• Tuesday, September 1 from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

After a full day of sessions, unwind and connect with fellow pretrial professionals at our no-host social gathering. Join the NAPSA Board of Directors at Chickie's & Pete's inside the Grand Sierra Resort on Monday, August 31 at 5:30 p.m.

By popular demand, NAPSA Board Members will be available to network and answer your questions at the Coaches Corner, located in the Exhibit Hall (Grand Salon) Monday through Wednesday during the following times:

10-11:30 a.m.

12:30-2:00 p.m.

2:30 -4:00 p.m.

The daytime temperature in Reno in late August/early September averages in the mid-high 90’s.  Nighttime temperatures are in the mid-50’s.

Temperatures in the hotel and meeting rooms may be chilly so please bring a light sweater or jacket should temperatures fluctuate.

Reno has an official elevation of 4,500 feet above sea level.
