Question: Can I register more than one person at the same time?

Answer: Yes! Once you've added one registration to your cart, you may select the gold "General Attendee Registration" button again at the top of the page to register any additional attendees. Once you've added all the registrations you need, simply checkout!

Question: What meals are included in the cost of conference registration?

Answer: Dinner will be served at the NAPSA Awards Gala on Sunday, August 30, 2026. All other meals are on your own.

Question: Can we provide a purchase order (PO)?

Answer: Yes, please select invoice me at time of registration. Purchase orders can be emailed to info@napsa.org

Question: Does the Grand Sierra Resort provide transportation from the Reno Airport to the resort?


Answer: Yes, the Grand Sierra Resort offers a complimentary airport shuttle service from Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO).


Question: I am registering someone on their behalf, can I use my email during the registration process so I get the payment receipt or invoice?


Answer: No, we need an email address specific to the attendee. The attendee use their email to access the conference app and other specific conference-related information. If you would like to receive a copy of the confirmation and payment receipt or invoice, please include your email address in the "CC" box on the checkout page as shown in the photo below.
