The resort is conveniently situated less than 10 minutes from the Reno‑Tahoe International Airport, with taxi, rideshare,

and resort shuttle services readily available for quick transfers.


Guests driving in will find easy access from U.S.‑395/I‑580 and ample on‑site parking, including both self‑parking and valet options.


Whether arriving by air or car, attendees can expect a smooth, straightforward trip to this centrally located conference venue.

  • Room Rate

    $184 (current government per diem)  per night plus taxes (13% Washoe County room tax and a $2 tourism surcharge fee)

  • Deposit

    Please note, a 1-night’s room and tax is required at the time of making a reservation.

  • Resort Fee

    The resort fee is waived . Please note, you must book thru our reservation link to have the resort fee waived!
